Manage the company Supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending

Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximize efficiency

Identify the Gap in capacities and supplier up gradation at Supplier end.

Review and monitor development of tooling ,fixtures and gauges as APQP plan

Ensure Flawless development with First Right and every time Right

Commodity price trend and market study for bench marking

Monitor Supplier Performance for 100% Scheduled adherence

Value engineering/cost reduction projects

ECN implementation.

Value stream mapping to reduce cost of raw material & cost of logistics.

Knowledge & Application of JIT, KANBAN, Standardization.

Process improvement through POKAYOKE etc

Who can apply?

Should have worked In an industrial environment and have hands on experience in sourcing to enhance Supplier capacity with Cost optimization and with Right Quality Standards.

Should be very well versed with Supplier Upgrading processes.

Critical Skills Sets

Quality Management. Communication Skills .Conflict management.

Strategic foresight .Inventory management. Cost management.

SAP-MM module. Project management

Preferable knowledge of TS, OHSAS & ISO systems
